Cancellation Policy for All Reservations
All camping and floating reservations require a seven day notice for cancellation to receive a refund on any deposits made. Customers will be responsible for all online booking expenses as well as payment processing fees. If severe weather—such as thunderstorms or flood conditions—occurs on the day of your scheduled float trip, we will monitor conditions up until noon. If we determine that it’s unsafe to put you on the water by noon, we’ll issue a rain check valid for one year from the original trip date. Sorry NO REFUNDS.
We do not provide refunds or rain checks for camping or lodging cancellations made after the designated cancellation window. For cabins that accommodate more than 10 people, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any credit card fees. For smaller cabins, a 14-day notice is required to receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any credit card fees. No late cancellations will be refunded due to water conditions or imperfect weather.
